Several wooden observation huts allow you to get up close to the wildlife without disturbing it, making this natural paradise perfect for those who love peace and untamed beauty. After your visit, you'll cycle back to Grado, where you'll have some free time to explore the charming historic center.

After breakfast and checking out of the hotel in the morning, you'll embark on a boat trip to Barbana Island. During the slightly over twenty-minute journey, you'll through the lagoon, taking in the canals teeming with fish and variety of bird species. Upon arrival at this small island, you'll find an ancient sanctuary that is now home to a community of Benedictine monks. Since 1237, Barbana has been the site of the renowned "Perdòn," a boat procession held on the first Sunday of July, during which the community of Grado renews an ancient vow to the Madonna for saving the town from the plague. After your visit, you'll return to Grado and transfer by private vehicle to the train station, concluding your services.
