Giampiero Campajola
Born in Naples in 1961, he has been the CEO of ViaggItalia since July 2020. He is also the president of Fiavet Friuli-Venezia Giulia and the national Fiavet delegate for inbound tourism and digitalization.
Since 2009, he has been involved in online communication in the tourism sector and in the development of advanced IT systems for the industry. Since 2017, he has served as the CEO of YesTour, an incoming tour operator for the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.
With expertise in programming languages, he held key roles in projects related to the creation of public and private portals from 2000 to 2010. From 2010 to 2015, as the Director of Information Systems at the Regional Tourism Authority of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, he focused on digitalizing the region's tourism offerings and implementing DMS systems at both the regional and national levels.
Today, the companies he leads, ViaggItalia and YesTour, manage incoming tourism for over 30.000 visitors annually, mainly from Italy and German-speaking countries.
Silvia Tuniz
She holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Development of Tourism Systems from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and has been passionate about working in the incoming tourism sector from the very beginning.
During her Master's studies, she had the opportunity to intern at the UNESCO Venice Office, where she not only worked on projects related to her thesis but also gained firsthand experience with international projects and events.
Over the years, she has worked in various roles, including at tourist information points, as a hostess on tourist buses, and as an employee in incoming travel agencies in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, specifically YesTour and ViaggItalia, where she continues to work today.
Since 2018, she has also been conducting annual training courses for the tourism sector organized by “IAL Innovazione” in Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
Irene Kalin
She graduated in Tourism Sciences in 2020 from the University of Portorož. During her studies, she volunteered at various local sports and tourism events, gaining valuable experience.
Before completing her degree, she began an internship at the Yestour travel agency, where she continued working after graduation.
In this company, she worked as a hostess on tourist buses and provided assistance at information points. With the Tour Operator ViaggItalia, she started working on the back-office side, organizing custom travel packages, day trips, managing operations through software systems, and uploading new products to various sales platforms.
Francesca Litteri
She graduated in Cultural Tourism in 2021 from the University of Udine. After completing an internship at an art gallery in Trieste, where she developed a deep interest in promoting the unique aspects of her region, she began her career in the tour operator industry.
At Viaggitalia, she has gained knowledge and experience in creating custom travel packages and managing tourism-related tasks using operational systems.
