Week-end in Trieste for families

Arrival in Trieste in the morning by own means, check-in at the hotel and time at disposal for a first individual visit of the centre starting from Piazza Unità. Departure for the first excursion with the Hop-Tour, the tourist hop-on hop-off bus of the city centre. Stop at San Giusto, visit the Castle and the San Giusto Basilica. Continue walking to Richard's Arch. Free lunch. On the way down from San Giusto Hill, we recommend visit also the Roman Theatre and conclude the tour in the Borgo Teresiano. Free dinner, return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel and visit the city's main museums. Departure from the stop most convenient to you for the second day on the Hop-Tour and stop to Miramare Castle. At the end take back the Hop-Tour for return to the city centre. Free dinner, back to the hotel and overnight stay.

Experience from the sea! Breakfast at the hotel, check-out and meet on the banks and departure by motorboat towards Muggia, the town where you can breathe in a Venetian-style atmosphere thaks to its architecture, dialect and gastronomic traditions. NB if you are passing through during Carnival time, you cannot miss the parade on Sunday with the award ceremony for the most original float. Lunch in a restaurant in Muggia based on fish. Return by motorboat to the centre of Trieste and end of services.
